Visits between December 20, 2023, and January 10, 2024, will incur an additional fee of AED 25 to 50 per person.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the planned activity time will be accepted without charge.
Within 24 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations.
If you are entitled for a refund, the money will appear in your bank account in seven business days.

Children aged three to ten must purchase tickets at the kid rate.
