Policy for cancellations

Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the planned activity time will be accepted without charge.
Within 24 hours, there will be a 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations.
If you are entitled for a refund, the money will appear in your bank account in seven business days.

Child Policy

Youngsters under three can participate in the program for free.
Children aged three to ten must purchase tickets at the kid rate.
Anybody over the age of ten must purchase tickets at the regular price.
